i was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. the location was good for gananoque, next to eateries & convenience stores. also, this hotel was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like an arts theater.
Shame the bathroom was too small.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a pretty nice area, right by casino and the restaurant and eateries & convenience stores. Courteous and kind staff, gave a lot of information. The unit we got was updated and fine with cleaned-aired out-new carpets as well as comfortable beds. They offered us fabulous meals, had lots of options to choose from.
The bed was too small in this place.

The hotel would need urgent renovation or the prices for a room would have to be adjusted. The breakfast could have been more varied.

Had a Twin-Queensize Bedroom with a view into the inner garden - liked it very much in the typical national comparison

The staff here were exceptional, efficient, and assisted with complimentary parking, the rooms have a terrace overlooking the garden, and the breakfast spread offers a variety of tasty options such as eggs, toast.

We have always enjoys staying here. Everyone is so nice. Joan, who cleaned our room.... did a 100+% job and we were very pleased. Next trip... we will get to use your pool all redone. Thank you.

I liked the room a little small but cozy. The location is good close to Tims and dollarama especially when you forget a hairbrush.
I wish I could of stayed longer.
